À propos de la gamme Finance pour Managers
What is the difference between Part A and Part B?
Part A (Diagnosis, planning, steering) covers the fundamentals: interpreting financial statements, building a budget, steering costs. Part B (Valuation and financing) goes deeper with valuation methods (DCF, multiples, WACC), investment criteria (NPV, IRR) and the structuring of financing.
Is a finance background needed to register?
Not for Part A, it starts from the fundamentals and is designed for managers, senior leaders and finance managers, including non-financial ones. Part B assumes a command of Part A, or equivalent experience to be validated with us.
Can I follow a single module or must I take the complete range?
Each module is accessible individually. The complete range (Parts A + B) offers the most integrated view, from diagnosis to valuation. The complete Part A (3 modules) or the complete Part B (2 modules) are also possible.
Where do the sessions take place?
Catalogue sessions take place in person in Brussels and Luxembourg. The training can also be delivered in-company on your premises.
Can my company benefit from financing support?
In Luxembourg, Sagora is accredited by the INFPC: Luxembourg companies can benefit from public co-financing. In Belgium, accreditation is under way, regional support will be available shortly.
Who are the trainers?
The programme is led by a team of professors from Solvay Brussels School (ULB) and CFO practitioners: Mathias Schmit, Benjamin Lorent, Ghadi Kahil, Jean-Philippe Michaux and Laurent Gheeraert.
You are unique. So is our training!
