Mathias Schmit has led Sagora since 2004. A professor of finance at Solvay Brussels School (ULB) since 2003, where he is Director of Executive Education Programmes, he holds a PhD in management science and serves as an independent director on boards and executive committees. His fields span financial statement analysis, microfinance, banking regulation and asset management. He teaches module 1, "Financial diagnosis and planning", of the Finance for managers programme.
