Data of analysed companies (Sagora Analytics)

As part of Sagora Analytics, our financial analysis reports may contain personal data relating to the leaders, directors or shareholders of the analysed companies (where a natural person is identifiable in the annual accounts). This data is not collected from the individuals concerned: it comes exclusively from the annual accounts made public by the Central Balance Sheet Office of the National Bank of Belgium (Article 14 of the GDPR), excluding the register of companies (CBE / KBO). The processing is based on the legitimate interest of SAGORA and its clients in the financial analysis of companies (Article 6.1.f of the GDPR), from lawfully public information. This data is kept for the duration of the report's availability to the client and for the applicable legal periods. The individuals concerned have the rights set out below, including the right to object based on their particular situation, exercisable at contact@sagora.eu.
