Description

What you will learn

Three days to learn to read financial statements as a steering tool: identify the sources of performance in the balance sheet and income statement, track working capital and cash, and anticipate financing needs. You leave with a diagnostic grid you can apply to your own company immediately, from ratio to decision.

Audience and prerequisites

Audience : Executives, managers and team leads, with no prior finance background.
