Description

What you will learn

Two days to value a company by discounting its cash flows (DCF): cost of capital, uses and pitfalls, adjusted present value (APV), and market multiples used as a consistency check rather than a method. You also examine how financing sources affect value, and the distinction between value and price that makes the difference in a negotiation.

Audience and prerequisites

Audience : Executives, investors and finance professionals facing a valuation.

Prerequisites : Part A and module 4 attainments (discounting).
