What you will learn

Two days to make investment decisions on solid ground: the time value of money first (discounting, compounding, risk, inflation), then the selection criteria: NPV as the reference, IRR and its limits, the traps of the simple payback. You compare concrete projects and select those that create value.

Audience and prerequisites

Audience : Decision-makers arbitrating investment projects.

Prerequisites : Part A attainments (Part B builds on them).
