William Offermans is a Senior Consultant in Transactions and Corporate Finance at EY-Parthenon, where he works on valuation, financial modelling and M&A engagements, with a particular practice in complex instruments and purchase price allocation in business combinations. Before joining EY, he worked in equity sales at Kepler Cheuvreux in Paris, one of Europe’s leading independent equity research and brokerage firms: a markets experience that complements his transaction valuation practice. He is also a Teaching Assistant in financial analysis at the Solvay Brussels School of Economics and Management (ULB). Within Sagora’s Consulting division, he brings this dual markets and transaction expertise to valuation and modelling engagements for SMEs: translating the methods used in large deals into actionable tools at the scale of a family business or a transfer.
