Head of Sagora Academy, Instructional Designer

Roxana Dude heads Sagora Academy, the group’s online training platform, whose instructional design, rollout and go-to-market she leads. An Instructional Designer by trade, she designs programmes that combine academic rigour and applied coaching for decision-makers: formats built for leaders’ agendas, without sacrificing depth of content. Before joining Sagora, she spent nearly six years at Solvay Executive Education (Solvay Lifelong Learning) as Portfolio and Programme Manager. There she notably managed the Executive Master in Finance and the Enterprise Risk Management programme, two flagship programmes of continuing education in finance in Belgium, an experience that directly feeds the design of Sagora’s programmes. Her approach: start from participants’ real decision situations, structure the learning journey around concrete cases and measure skills acquisition, rather than piling up content.
