- Select the best pricing method by moving from a valuation to a sale price.
- Determine ideal financing options to minimize the buyer’s own capital contribution.
- Understand the tax implications and master protective clauses in the sale agreement.
Your trainer
Arnaud WALA holds a double degree in management engineering and economics and a master’s degree in management engineering (Solvay Brussels School) obtained simultaneously.
He is an experienced consultant at BDO Belgium in the M&A department.
Arnaud is also an assistant at the Solvay Brussels School for financial statement analysis and macro/microeconomics courses.
