Master the basics of financial management and put
them into practice.
Learn how to analyse financial statements to better manage your company’s resources, and how to present your figures clearly.
- Introduce executives and managers to the basic notions of financial management,
- Know how to analyze financial statements, manage cash flow,
- Edit and present a financial report.

- Understand the difference between accounting and financial analysis

Plan your cash flow needs
- Assessment of financial flows and cash flow needs
- Financial forecasts
- To what extent is the company generating money or not (not synonymous with generating profit)?
Carry out a financial analysis
- Real business case studies
- Sustainable growth threshold in terms of financial resources. Impact of growth on company turnover.

Doctor in management sciences, Mathias is a part-time Professor of Finance at
the Solvay Brussels School of Economics and Management (Université Libre de Bruxelles).
For more than 20 years, Mathias has shared his career between the academic world and the business world. Mathias is also founder of SAGORA, a consulting and training company specializing in financial management, microfinance, risk management governance and the impact of Basel II/III banking regulations on business conduct.
Also, he intervened or intervenes in
numerous institutions such as INSEAD, TiasNimbas, the Amsterdam Institute of Finance, the universities of Aix-en-Provence Marseille, Hanoi, Ho Chi Minh etc.
He is also a company director.
