
Description
Roxana holds a Master’s degree in European Studies from KU Leuven, a Master’s in American Studies, and a Bachelor’s in English and French from the University of Bucharest. She has also completed several advanced executive training programs, including Project Management at Vlerick Business School, Management at Solvay Executive Education, and Organisational Leadership at Hult Ashridge International Business School.
She is currently Head of Learning at Sagora, where she leads the design and implementation of finance training programs for executives, analysts, and senior professionals. Roxana brings together learning design expertise, pedagogical rigor, and a strong grasp of business challenges to create impactful, results-driven learning experiences.
Before joining Sagora, she spent over six years teaching at the Romanian-American University in Bucharest, worked as a research consultant and EU project manager at Prospex, and managed the customized training programmes department at Solvay Executive Education for six years.
