- Professor of Finance and Accounting at the Solvay Brussels School of Economics and Management (Université Libre de Bruxelles) and Academic Director of the Master in Management of Banking and Finance in Hanoi

Laurent GHEERAERT is Professor of Finance and Accounting at the Solvay Brussels School of Economics and Management (Université Libre de Bruxelles) and Academic Director of the Master in Management of Banking and Finance, Hanoi, Vietnam.
Laurent has a PhD in Economics and Management and is a CFA (Chartered Financial Analyst) at all levels.
He is also Managing Director of the international QTEM network, 'Analytics for a Better World' (www.qtem.org)
He advises a number of public and private institutions, notably on project and company valuation, financial management, financial modelling, financial intelligence and Islamic finance.
Former management consultant at McKinsey & Company (Brussels, Johannesburg, Dubai)
